The property, located in Brookfield, A Summerlin Village Subdivision, had a Las Vegas MLS list price of $199,900 . It was a 2 story, 2100 square foot home listed with Richard Ballen (Wekerle) and Coldwell Banker Wardley Real Estate in Summerlin, Nevada. After many negotiations with the bank with no solutions, the home owners contacted the Summerlin Short Sale Agent to negotiate a Las Vegas short sale on their behalf.
