The Ballen Group Launches ‘Mentorship To Success’, A Program For New Nevada Real Estate Agents
Las Vegas, NV – December 6, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Mentorship to Success, a program developed by Richard & Lori Ballen, launched today in Las Vegas. The program helps people get their Nevada Real Estate License and in a real estate training program.
Richard and Lori Ballen own an award winning real estate team in Nevada. They hold offices at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas. In their un-relentless search to find talent for their team, especially on the buyer side, they realized something needed to change. Richard and Lori saw a need for in depth training and guidance for those just stepping out of a Nevada Real Estate School. “Real Estate Schools do not give you actual training on doing real estate”, says Lori Ballen. “Real Estate Schools are designed to give you what you need to pass your test and not a whole lot more” says Richard. “Agents need hands on training” finishes Lori.
The ‘Mentorship to Success Program’ is packed full out directional steps that position the buyer’s agent in the best place possible upon graduation. The first step is following instructions to achieve their Nevada Real Estate License. This includes fingerprinting, enrolling in school correspondence courses (study at home), and completing all applications and exams which eventually lead to a Nevada Real Estate License.
The Next Step is a two week boot camp style, interactive training lead by Richard Ballen. Richard covers a variety of must have training for the new agent that includes items such as:
- Buyer Consultation
- Scripts
- Getting Buyers to Pull The Trigger
- The Life of an Escrow
- What you need to know about Financing and Mortgage
- Lead Cultivation and Conversion
- Negotiations
- Contracts
- Getting to the Closing Table
- Buyer Representation Agreements
- Handling Objections
The Next step is Graduation followed by choices. At the time of graduation, the agent becomes a candidate to join The Ballen Group. If they decide to join The Ballen Group, they will go through an interview process with the lead buyers’ specialist on the team. If he/she should decide to hire the candidate, they will start active buyer representation and be given leads immediately. If they do not yet qualify, they will have the option to join a subsequent Mentor Program with Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas or Productivity Coaching. They may also choose to join another team or branch out on their own. It’s their choice as it should be.
Richard and Lori Ballen made a decision not to charge for this program. They know that at the end of the day they will find excellent talent for their team. The Ballen Group is an award winning Nevada Real Estate Team specializing in Las Vegas Short Sales. It currently consists of 10 members and is consistently growing.
