Applications Being Accepted For Business Development Center
Las Vegas, NV – September 24, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Applications are now being accepted from small business owners interested in support services, mentoring assistance and below-market-rate office space offered through a new business development program. This program is provided by the Urban Chamber of Commerce and the city of Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency.
“The goal of the business development program is to help startup and provide assistance to existing companies so that they will become fully functioning independent enterprises and create new jobs,” Ward 5 Councilman Ricki Y. Barlow said.
The program is located at 1951 Stella Lake St. at the Urban Chamber of Commerce Business Development Center, sponsored by the city of Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency. The 17,100-square-foot facility is located in Enterprise Park across from the FBI Regional Headquarters building.
The building offers 10 flexible, 1,200-square-foot spaces. These spaces can be used for office or light industrial purposes. An additional 5,171 square feet of office space is also available.
A number of services and amenities are also supplied as part of the turn-key operation at the business development center. These include all utilities and office furnishings, high speed Internet and Wi-Fi connection, meeting facilities, business development training/advisors and much more.
Business owners interested in participating in the program must complete an application and meet certain qualifications. Applications and eligibility will be evaluated and determined by a tenant review committee.
