Associated Management, Inc. and Communities Nominated for CAI Nevada Yearly Awards
Las Vegas, NV – January 11, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Associated Management Inc., an Associa company, is proud to announce that the Nevada Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) has listed AMI as a finalist for Large Community Management Company of the Year.
The award is presented to the management company with at least 20,000 units within the state of Nevada that exemplifies the ethics of CAI, supports and fosters the educational and management goals of the associations with which they work, provides exceptional employee support standards, and supports and fosters educational and service goals of CAI.
Additionally, Wingfield Springs HOA and the Double Diamond Ranch Master Association have been nominated for Outstanding Master Association of the Year. Located in Sparks, Nevada, Wingfield Springs consists of 2,241 single family homes, while Double Diamond Ranch consists of 3,100 homes in South Reno.
Outstanding Master Association is presented to the association with at least one sub association that, through its Board of Directors and members, best exemplifies the community aspects of an association. Nominees will be judged on how well they educate their members, solve problems successfully, overcome adversity and participate within the local community. The communities must also be a member of CAI in good standing. The awards will be presented at the 2011 CAI Nevada Awards Gala in January.
