LAS VEGAS, Nov. 13, 2007 — HP today announced the winners of its fourth annual HP Real Estate Technology contest at the 2007 National Association of REALTORS® Conference and Expo.

The contest recognizes real estate professionals who use technology in inventive ways to save time, close more deals and beat the competition when both in and out of the office.

This year’s grand prize winner, Martha Hale, a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Hoover of Birmingham, Ala., is a self-proclaimed “techie” who is well-known among clients and fellow REALTORS for always using the latest high-tech tools in real estate.

Hale has built her marketing plan and differentiation strategy standardizing on HP – closing deals faster, posting more listings and winning more referrals because her clients are so impressed with what she can produce with her HP tools. Hale will receive a multi-thousand dollar suite of HP mobile products,(1) enabling her to further personalize and improve her business solutions.

“After spending several years training real estate agents on technology, I went back into sales and built my entire business model on the HP family of products,” said Hale. “I could not survive without my HP Tablet PC! My car IS my office, and HP provides a totally mobile office solution – from my tablet PC to my HP 450 wireless printer and my HP iPAQ. I’m SOLD on HP!”

Today’s technology allows real estate professionals the flexibility and mobility to increase productivity and efficiency to enable an office while on the road. They can also create full-color property flyers and other marketing materials specifically tailored to their clients.

“The HP Real Estate Technology Contest allows us to honor real estate pros who model and advocate the benefits that technology can bring to themselves and their clients,” said Lisa Hopkins, manager, vertical marketing – Americas, HP. “HP understands the real estate industry and designs reliable products and services such as the HP Total Care Portfolio so real estate professionals can productively serve their clients, stay ahead of the competition and focus on their business.”
